  1. Does Techshop.lk operate a physical shop/retail outlet?
    No, Techshop.lk does not maintain a physical display shop. However, we do have an office located in Homagama. Please note that walk-in purchases are not possible. Orders must be placed online, and customers will be notified when they can pick up their orders from our office. Warranty claims and product inspections are strictly by appointment only. In-store purchases are not accepted.
  2. Can I purchase products directly by coming to your office?
    No, the majority of our products are stored off-site. To make a purchase, you must place an order online or send an SMS to arrange for pickup.
  3. Does Techshop Lanka provide warranties on products?
    Yes or no, depending on the product/brand. We adhere to the warranty laws of Sri Lanka. For detailed warranty information and conditions, please refer to our warranty policy.
  4. Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD) services?
    No, we do not offer COD services for product deliveries.
  5. What payment methods are available?
    We accept payments via bank deposit to the following account:

  6. Do you provide products on credit?
    No, Techshop Lanka does not offer products on credit period under any circumstances.
  7. Do you accept cheques?
    Yes, we may accept business cheques by prior arrangement. Cheques should be made payable to "Techshop Lanka."
  8. Do you provide quotations for products?
    Yes, please send us a quotation request via email to info@techshop.lk.
  9. Do you ship to countries other than Sri Lanka?
    No, we only ship within Sri Lanka. We do not offer international shipping services.
