1. Does Techshop.lk operate a physical shop/retail outlet?
No, we do not have a display shop, we do have a office located at Homagama. You can NOT walk-in and purchase, must place the order & wait for the notification to Pick up from our office. Warranty claims and product inspections strictly by appointment only. In-store purchases NOT accepted. 

2. Can I purchase products directly by coming to our office?
NO, Most of the products we stored out of office location, you must place an online order or SMS to order before pickup.

3. Does Techshop provide warranty on products?
YES/NO, depend on the product/brand we provide warranty according to law in Sri Lanka. Please see our warranty information and conditions.

4. How Techshop make deliveries?
We provide COD (cash on delivery) service within Colombo district and from Panadura to Wattala. All other area's we can only deliver orders after the payment.

However, due to many factors we DO NOT offer COD service island wide. Please see more information about deliveries.

5. What payment methods are available?

6. Do we provide products on credit?
NO, We do NOT supply products on credit under any circumstances.

7. Do we accept Cheque?
YES/NO,  by prior arrangement we may accept business cheques. Cheque in favor of "Tech Shop Lanka"

8. Do we provide Quotations for products?
Yes, please send us a quotation request to email info@techshop.lk. Temporarily we have stop issuing quotations due to low stock availability caused by Covid-19 issue.

9. Do you ship to countries other than the Sri Lanka?
Sorry we don't.
