Techshop.LK Full List of Terms & Conditions. *To make a purchase, you must agree with all our terms & conditions, If you do not agree please do not place an order*.
1. Please read carefully the description, measurement & product specifications of the item(s) you are buying, to ensure they meet your needs.
2. All products are quality checked before shipment, however, they might have tiny flaws. We ship only the ones that we consider as acceptable. If there is very noticeable defect, if there are no more stock, we may take the item off from your order of cancel.
Wrong / Incomplete Address & Phone Number:
Please double check the shipping address/phone number during the checkout process,we cannot be responsible if wrong / incomplete address is provided. Without a correct phone number, we will not process your order.
1. If you request the cancellation before shipment, we will issue full refund, if you request cancellation after the shipment we will reserve the right to charge courier fee and packaging fee.
- I the user of Techshop.LK agree that if I place an order on this site that the order is a sales agreement and payment will be due within 3 working days of placing an order or the order maybe cancelled.
- In the event that the product you ordered is out of stock you will be notified. You can track the status of your orders by logging in to our store. If stock is unavailable you reserve the right to remove the out of stock product from your order.
- If you decide to dispute a charge we will contact your bank with your notice and proof of your purchase to help clear up any problems with the transaction.
Techshop.LK and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your already made the payment we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Payment Methods: We only accept Cash, eZcash (upto Rs5000), Bank Deposit. We DO NOT accept Cheque, PayPal, Western Union or any other international payment methods.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD Available Islandwide.
d. Courier service will make 2 delivery attempts, then order will get cancelled/returned and once return we may not resend the order or reserve your order.
e. Limited COD services at Industrial Zones/Export Processing Zones/free-trade zones including Katunayake EPZ, Biyagama EPZ..etc.
f. Courier service cannot enter office buildings, schools or any where you need security clearance/restrictions to enter including WTC (Word Trade Center), when courier call, you may collect from outside the building.
g. No deliveries where quarantine curfew has been imposed.
- Bank Deposit/eZcash (Pre-Payment): Available Island-Wide. Orders will process once the payment has been cleared. Bank transfers usually takes less than 1hrs, but in some instances may take up-to 1-2 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD Available Islandwide.
Time Frame: Usual online orders get delivered within 2-4 working days, but it may take longer due to factors that we cannot control such as weather, quarantine curfew and other factors. Manually placed orders (TEXT/SMS) may take longer, usually get delivered within 5 working days.
Returns (Due to Faulty Product):
a. We make sure all the products are tested and in working order before delivery, however if any product having a fault we will provide refund or replacement according to it’s warranty period.
b. There will be only 1 return / refund attempts (due to faulty or claim warranty) by the courier, after 1 attempts, return or refund must be collect from our office at Homagama. Please Note: Refund will only be issued after inspection (check security code & batch no) and payment will be made to your bank account (bank transfer) and it may take 1-2 days.
c. In case the product is not faulty, refund will not be given, buyer has to pick up from our office and must pay (pick up courier fee if applicable).
Returns (Due to Order by Mistake, Change of Mind …etc)
Returns/Refund due to wrong product/type order by mistake, change your mind, doesn't fit to your needs..... etc, you must return the product with the box, manuals, batteries, and all accessories without any damage to our office for inspection (to check security code and issue a refund).
In case you cannot visit our office to get the refund, you can send the unit by courier (at your expense).
Restock/Return Fee: Initial courier fee and courier service COD commission (6.5%) charged by the courier company must be paid by the customer (Example: If the total order value Rs1000, courier fee Rs400, in this case, we will charge Rs400+65 (6.5% of Rs1000) = Rs465.00.
Important: Refund will not be possible in case of (but not limited to) missing box, missing instruction manual, missing parts/accessories, missing calibration certificate, damages, scratches, scuff marks on the product or broken security/warranty sticker.
- Orders that are unpaid for 7 days will automatically get cancelled.
- We may restrict access to parts of or all of the services on the site; and modify suspend or discontinue this site, whether temporarily or permanently, without notice.
- Prices display on Techshop.lk site are negotiated with suppliers and may change at any time. If the price changes and you are unhappy with the new price you have the right to cancel the order. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations. Delivery charges will also be shown online and invoiced together with the stock purchased online.
- Payment methods & delivery areas are subjected to change, and will be reflected on our website accordingly.
- Techshop.LK grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Techshop.LK. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Techshop.LK. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Techshop.LK. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyper-link to the home page of Techshop.LK so long as the link does not portray Techshop.LK, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Techshop.LK logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
- Orders that cancel on delivery without notify Techshop.LK treated as fake orders, we may not deliver these orders again or we reserve the right to cancel any future orders from such users.
