Techshop.LK Terms and Conditions.

By making use of the services on this site you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy which can be updated without notification to you. For the most updated version of the terms and conditions please visit this page or contact us.

  1. I the user of Techshop.LK agree that if I place an order on this site that the order is a sales agreement and payment will be due within 5 working days of placing an order or the order maybe cancelled.
  2. In the event that the product you ordered is out of stock you will be notified. You can track the status of your orders by logging in to our store. If stock is unavailable you reserve the right to remove the out of stock product from your order.
  3. If you decide to dispute a charge we will contact your bank with your notice and proof of your purchase to help clear up any problems with the transaction.
  4. If you have any problems please contact us first so we can try and resolve any issues.
  5. Product Descriptions
    Techshop.LK and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your already made the payment we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
  6. Payment Methods
    We accept payment via bank deposit/transfer, eZcash.

a. For above methods, goods will only be sent out once the payment have arrived to our bank or eZcash account.
b. Payment methods are subjected to change, and will be reflected on our website accordingly.
c. Payments are subject to verification if needed.
d. Cash on Delivery (COD) Colombo District.

  1. Orders are not processed until payment has reached out bank account or eZcash (except for COD orders). Bank transfers can take 2 business days, and eZcash transactions usually takes less than 1hr.
  2. Orders that are unpaid for 10 days can be cancelled by our staff.
  3. We may restrict access to parts of or all of the services on the site; and modify suspend or discontinue this site, whether temporarily or permanently, without notice.
  4. Prices seen on this site are negotiated with suppliers and may change at any time. If the price changes and you are unhappy with the new price you have the right to cancel the order. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations. Delivery charges will also be shown online and invoiced together with the stock purchased online.
  5. Techshop.LK grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Techshop.LK. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Techshop.LK. You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Techshop.LK without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilising Techshop.LK’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Techshop.LK. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Techshop.LK. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyper-link to the home page of Techshop.LK so long as the link does not portray Techshop.LK, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Techshop.LK logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
  6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    a. At the moment we can only accept COD within Colombo district, between Kalutara & Ja-Ela from Colombo, we are making necessary arrangement to provide COD service Island wide in the future, when we do we will update this page.
    b. COD orders delivered by third-party courier, so we cannot provide a time frame on your delivery.
    c. There will be only 2 delivery attempts, then order must be collect from our office located at Homagama.
  7. Returns (Due to Faulty Product):
    a. We make sure all the products are tested and in working order before delivery, however if any product having a fault we will provide refund or replacement according to it’s warranty period.
    b. There will be only 1 return / refund attempts (due to faulty or claim warranty) by the courier, after 1 attempts, return or refund must be collect from our office at Homagama. Please Note: Refund will only be issued after inspection (check security code & batch no) and payment will be made to your bank account (bank transfer) and it may take 1-2 days.
    c. In case the product is not faulty, refund will not be given, buyer has to pick up from our office and must pay (pick up courier fee if applicable).
  8. Returns (Due to Order by Mistake, Change of Mind …etc)
    Returns/Refund due to wrong product/type order by mistake, change your mind…etc, you do need to visit our office to return, so we can inspect the product (to check security code and issue a refund).
    In case you cannot visit our office to get the refund, we will get charged the full delivery fee and courier pick up fee (Total at-least Rs500). Refund will be issued after inspection (after making sure product was sent by us) and payment will be made to your bank account (bank transfer) and it may take 1-2 days.
