Return & Refund Policy

Refunds due to ordered the wrong item, doesn't fit to your requirement, change of mind ... etc.

Product must be return to our office in brand new condition for inspection, restock/handling fee may apply.

Refund request must be notified within 3 working days, and return to our office within 7 working days. In the even of a delivered order being requested to refund, first the product should be returned to Techshop Lanka and once a thorough inspection has been carried out by the Techshop.lk Staff for any damages, damage to the packing ..etc the refund will be processed as mentioned above and the total delivery cost will NOT be refunded. Techshop.lk will refund the amount after reducing the Restocking/handing fee/Courier Fee to the customers bank account. If any damages have been caused during custody of the customer, the refund request will be voided. Customer will be required to collect the goods from Techshop.lk.

Restocking/Return Fee: The item must be returned in brand-new condition. If the product has been used or tested, it can no longer be resold as new. In such cases, an additional fee of 20-50% (depending on the condition) will be charged to clean, repackage, and resell the item at a discount.

Important; Refund will not be possible in case of (but not limited to) missing box, missing instruction manual, missing parts/accessories, missing calibration certificate, damages, scratches, scuff marks on the product or broken security/warranty sticker.

All refunds are processed within 7 working days by techshop.lk. Further processing back to your bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/institution for which techshop.lk cannot be held liable.
