Warranty

Limited Warranty Conditions:
  1. The period of warranty shall start from the purchased date and shall cover a period of 30 days / 3 months / 6 months (depend on the product) or without warranty.
  2. Warranty claim, product must to return to base (our office at Homagama) for inspection. We will not arrange pick up or delivery for warranty replacement and refunds.
  3. Product is under warranty coverage against any defect that may occur during production, assembly and/or defective parts).
  4. Within the warranty period, if the product fails because of general material, workmanship or assembly faults, it will be repaired or replaced with a new (if cannot be repaired) one without demanding any charge.
  5. Warranty coverage doesn’t include batteries.
  6. Free repair and product exchange obligations will be declare invalid under the following conditions:
    a) if the product becomes faulty due to use contrary to the terms or conditions stated in the user guide,
    b) if the product has been opened, flashed/update firmware or previously repaired by unauthorized persons,
    c) use of the product by plugging into inappropriate voltages or with faulty electric installation without the prior knowledge of our authorized services,
    d) if the product serial number has been altered or removed,
    e) a break, drop or scratch to the product’s exterior while in the customer’s possession,
    f) when our product is damaged due to use with accessories or devices purchased from other firms or unauthorized services,
    g) those damages caused by natural factors/disasters such as fire, lightning, flood, earthquake, etc.
  7. Warranty period according to product type & brand: Following branded products comes with 6 months warranty again defects by the manufacturing process: uni-t, mestek
  8. Warranty does not cover product calibration cost after initial factory calibration, this include but not limited to (thermometers, ph meters, tds meters, ec meters, emf meters, salinity meters, ir thermometers… etc) any meter require calibration after factory calibration,  buyer should bare any calibration costs.
  9. Product types which we do not provide warranty: magnets, batteries
